Tough call, but since this food is a part of my genetic make up and due to the numerous health benefits I chose grapes.
As far as peanut butter it's also a staple as well for me and my favorite nutritional veering on cheat snack, I usually get the white chocolate one by a company called Peanut Butter & Co. and add some Polander natural jelly to it out of the various ones they make including: grape, blackberry, strawberry, etc...and toast two pieces of bread and compliment it with a cup of tea with plenty of abundant milk around.
