I first tried it in 2012 when I’d work later in the day so it was easy to prep. Had done it about 8 months straight and amazingly I never got urges for junk later in the day. It really does reset your brain to a degree.
To this day I always feel better when I do it but I’m too lazy to get up early and Cook.
My coach recommends it to ALL of our members….even those who don’t eat meat

breakfast can be pretty rough, it was for me after having done intermittent fasting for such a long time. completely threw me off so i was no longer hungry in the morning.
you can start with a very small portion of meat and just a handful of nuts. i don't know if you googled it but there's so much to be gained OUTSIDE of the gym. people saying they're able to better focus for testing, work performance, how it lowers ldl....the list goes on.
remember, you want quality meat otherwise it's not worth going through the effort. i remember joe rogan having alexander gustafsson talking about how he can feel the difference top quality meat makes him feel for training.

Yeah, I have pretty much been on that intermittent fasting time not purposefully but never was hungry in the morning or hated feeling full and bloated so early in the day but starting to hate getting all my calories in the middle and end of the day since there isn't as much time in the day I have a bigger appetite and actually wanna eat but I dunno.
Yeah, I've been wanting to go to local butcher have had REALLY high quality meat and it is a huge difference.- Keep the misc great again

i did the IF, lost muscle and strength...i used to be 8-10 pounds bigger than i am in my pics posted. it's a great eating plan for many things but bodybuilding isn't one of them.
if you don't want to spend too much at a butcher you can go to a costco or sams, the ones around here do carry grass fed beef, wild caught salmon, organic chicken and even bison. Is it necessary to buy that type meat, no. is it better for health and longevity? i believe it is.
hoping you notice some positive results!

Yeah, Technically IF is not the best but I do like feeling leaning and lighter during the day but I do feel like I lose a bit of focus and maybe a little irritable since it probably messes up your hormones and stuff ben slowly trying to switch to a healthier life style already made a huge change from tons of junk food and fast food to pretty much 100% whole food and no preservatives and cut out drinking and all that so way better then when I started but haven't TRULY achieved what I wanted yet I trust the process.
Already feeling very positive about combining protein and nuts, I have always been hesitant about buying organic stuff at costco because I feel like they're overcharging you for virtually the same thing I have had beef at a restaurant that came from a farm less then 5 miles a way and a few other situations like that and it REALLY is a huge difference. Been thinking about buying bulk meat at costco though not terrible expensive at supermarket usually buy 3-4 packets of meat for the month typically 50$ usually my most expensive purchase of the month every other time I go to the store it's under like 30$ lots of rice and pasta...etc DIRT cheap.- Keep the misc great again
