what calories yall at?

im using 4000 brothers.

5x poptarts for breakfast = 1000

1 litre whole milk = 600 and 2 poptarts = 1000

ive recently discovered my love for baked beans.

2x cans of baked beans (out of the can hobo style) 800. and a poptart = 1000

protein shake and a tomato/apple for my muscles and health. (not even counting that ****)

100g of peanut butter out of jar, with spoon, hobo style. = 600. 2x poptarts = 1000!

eating like a king over here brothers. long live this bulk.

the godam milk makes my stomach uncomfortable and gives me bad gas. and those around me hate it. but im a badass dude. a little milks not stopping me.

Like 3000 I think. I don´t count them anayway. I just take my weight. I want to gain weight, I eat more; If I wanna lose, I eat less. I my weight doesn´t change It means that I am eating too much or not enough to reach my target .
