    lol. Yes, ashwaghanda is something that you can take. But it's literally the opposite of caffeine. (not literally)

    It's meant to relax your adrenal grands if Im not mistaken.

    If you want gains these supplements can have minor help in that department:
    -zinc
    -vitamin d
    -magnesium
