So I know deadlifts are great but I have a lot of back pain when I do it. Do you have any tip I could use to reduce the pain?
Look at the deadlift form threads at the top of the page in the Exercises forum. It's important to practice correct form - you may need to video yourself to check your spine is not arching and perhaps post the video on here for critique
