Good progress, it might be worth raising your calories, honestly that's super low, you should be able to drop weight fast at 2500 cals , and if you lift heavy you will probably gain muscle too , your size gives you an advantage many dont have.. you can gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously - but the main thing is your losing weight, and thats the most important thing so whatever suits you best!
We are same height and age, you can smash this once you settle into a routien.
One thing that helped me was cut out any added sugar and avoid sugar heavy foods (some sugar is fine, a sugar donut probably isnt..)- I found this helped keep general food cravings at bay.Last edited by RandyMcFlab; 07-14-2021 at 10:55 AM.
