    Hiatal hernia

    Im having surgery to fix my hiatal hernia today and surgen said lifting heavy weights is a no go after opp as could rip stitches because of the strain on diaphragm....any1 had the fundolopication opp and still bein able to train heavy....also is direct ab work possible cheers

    I thought most doctors stopped doing fundoplication surgery because the outcomes were so poor.
