You know, i never thought of it like that. Tues/Thurs/Sat or any other combination is just impossible. At what faster rate can i grow on that schedule? Do the exercises matter, or can i just hit 2x15 on curls each day and go home? Do i need dumbbells or barbells? Any particular brand of equipment?
I'm intrigued! So many questions!Once upon a time (maxes 2020) ...
