Would that make sense? Should I start creatine directly after a 7-month break if my goal is to lose fat? Normally this is recommended to protect the muscles, however I do not have this certain muscle mass yet. My muscle mass and strength values are increasing steadily without creatine. My body water is also relatively high now, I don't want to go further with the weight.
Until now I try to build muscle in deficit (muscle memory) and burn fat.
Edit: I don't know why but my bio says I'm 51 - I'm not (I'm 20).

Well, I lost much muscle mass in the lockdown and gained lots of fat mass. I'm lifting for about 4 years and before the lockdown I had way more muscle mass and less fat. Do you still think I should concentrente on one of them because on my other thread you guys said that it may work in certain scenarios (my case: muscle memory and much fat mass).
