Advice on Supps to help bolster transformation.

    After some advice guys.

29M, 165lbs, 6ft. ‘Ectomorph’ if you want to call it that. Very thin arms, very long legs. Pain in the @rse body type. About 6 months into my transformation. Noticed weight gain starting to plateau which I was warned about, beginner gains for myself was quite substantial. I feel like in the last 6 Months I have thrown on fat, and woken up my body as such. Then I’ve noticed things have gone a tad flat.

Phase 1 of my turnaround is largely complete we have gained about 25lbs in the last half year. Body now used to all major weights. Went through the all the ups and down along the way. Training 5-6 days a week.

I am now entering what appears Phase 2. However I am nervous that I am going to plateau. I take creative and Whey only.

The question is what supps would you recommend that would be very helpful in achieving my next goal in the next 6-8 months which is only 12lbs? I don’t want to sit idle in my current form for the next few years. This is a short term, once in a lifetime transformation and the next 6 months of my life is key to flick the switch on my body. Just looking to see what can help me on this next bit.

Just adjust your intake upwards using normal food. It sounds like your metabolism has adapted to what you are eating now which explains the plateau. As long as you continue to make progressive increases in weight lifted or reps performed with a given weight, it's all good. I wouldn't feel like I was missing out if I only took whey and creatine.

    Thanks

I was going to give BCAA a shot for the next month or two and see if I see any further acceleration will stand out fairly quickly id imagine.

Yeah thanks I use creatine already however only probably 3/4 days a week.

I might just move to the loading phase of creatine, 4 a day from memory for a week then back to one daily, 7 days. Should boost that up a bit.

Creatine every day, 5 grams per day. Make sure you're getting enough protein (generally 1 gram per pound lean body mass).

Caffeine is proven. Some people like beta-alanine for the tingling sensation, and it has some scientific support, along with L-Citrulline.

Ephedra has been popular for years (commonly used in an ECA stack-Ephedra, caffeine, aspirin). It's available at pharmacies (Bronkaid).

You'll find some supps that may be helpful, but lack sufficient research, notably laxogenin, arachidonic acid, and d-asparatic acid. Use, results, efficacy, etc. is largely subjective/anecdotal.

Research chemicals-namely SARMs-have become somewhat mainstream and are controversial due to lack of research. Most are banned by groups like WADA and professional sports. Discussion of SARMs cycles, dosages, etc. are banned from some forums (including this one).

    Roids are roids.

The only acceleration you'll notice will be the decrease in funds in your bank account on this one.
