    Haven't done them in a while but rear delt flies with dumbbells is what I'll start doing again.
    Bench: 320
    Squat: 375
    Deadlift: 495

    Some kind of row. Did mostly PendlAys and BB rows from the floor to develop back. I never really worried about rear delts specifically.

    Per usual, I don’t have a favorite but I currently use:

    Reverse pec deck with neutral handles
    High cable flys
    Band pull apart row (set a band to clavicle height, pull it back and pull it apart at the same time)
    Angel and devils

    I’ve used in the past:
    YTWs
    Regular reverse pec deck
    Reverse planks
    DB rear delt rows
    Wide grip seated cable row to the upper chest
    Regular band pull aparts
    Bent over lateral raises

    I've thought band pull aparts are more of a stretch & mobility exercise
    But I've never done it close to failure

    I was wondering why the most popular online rear delt exercise wasn't included.

    I usually use dumbbell reverse flies cuz it's so damn easy to throw a couple set at the end of back day superset with something for bis or upper traps. A while back my gym had a good cable station so I used that.

    Lately been doing face pulls or reverse fly on a machine for a change. Also make sure to do some wide grip pull downs or ups.

    Oh and of course deadlifts

    Wow it was actually gonna be posted as the 2nd option up top and I totally forgot to post it...must've had a long day on the road trip, hanging around the zoo and then cramming White Castle burgers as a treat the other day.

    Anyways, thanks for pointing face pulls out as they are a staple in my routine as well along with ring fingers on rings barbell rows from the floor and incline rear delt rows.

    I would probably say the wide grip barbell rows are my signature for them pertaining to picking just one for the poll.
