Bought a tub of zma pro last week, it arrived with busted capsules and powder coating everything inside the tub. Figured okay, I'll reach out to them directly (with pics) rather than leave negative reviews or whatever. But nope, because I bought through the Universal Store on Amazon, they want nothing to do with it. Way to stand behind your product quality lol.
Pretty disappointing considering I've been buying their stuff since the 90s. Live and learn.

Fairly universal policy. Similar to if you order food delivery through a third party app like Uber or deliveroo rather than direct from the restaurant, you need to deal with the third party as that’s who your contract is with.
