Exclamation Confused about my weight progression !

Hello guys hope you’re all doing great.

I resumed training weeks ago and I’m tracking my calories/macros .. but it’s making me confused since my weight is not changing significantly despite the augmentation of calories intake. Here are my stats since day one (started with around 2200 cal as maintenance and then I added 300 Cala trying to bulk up but as you will notice the it seems that there is no difference): my starting weight was 64.3kg

    24/5: 64.3 2228
    25/5: 64.65 2237
    26/5: 64.65 2175
    27/5: 64.65 2285
    28/5: 64.55 2222
    29/5: 64.10 2230
    30/5: 64.20 2263
    ……………..

    31/5: 64.20 2514
    1/6: 64.10 2509
    2/6: 64.35 2518
    3/6: 64.30 2526
    4/6: 64.60 2565
    5/6: 64.60 2513
    6/6: 64.65 2516
    ……………..

    7/6: 64.85 2582
    8/6: 64.5 2502
    9/6: 64.35 2526
    10/6: 64.35 2587
    11/6: 64.8 2517
    12/6: 65.30 2565
    13/6: 64.95 2572
    ……………….

    14/6: 64.55 2578
    15/6: 64.55 2590
    16/6: 64.55 2520
    17/6: 64.95

    Hope to get your opinion
    Thank you

Just eyeballing the numbers, it looks like you were actually losing weight the first week. You probably have gained a little since then so perhaps 2500 or just under is your maintenance - but you haven't been much over that.

But this is fine IMO - as long as you are making progress with lifts, there is no need to try to gain weight faster.

It looks like 3 complete BINGO screens and a 4th screen in progress.

IF the first week was your maintenance, you added about 250 calories a day. So for 18 days, you (in theory) ate about 250 extra calories each day. 250 *18 = 4500 calories.

Eating an extra 3500 calories (approx) is a pound of "extra" calories weight. You, if weight gain was linear, (it's not) could "expect" to gain about a pound and a third. 3500 calories (a pound) plus another 1000 (almost a third of a pound.)

It appears, from your numbers, you've gained a little over a pound. Your results are about what should be expected.
