Ugh... Every time, there's got to be some kind of stab at someone else's unprovocative enthusiasm lol
Deadlift, for me; bench will always be up there, and via these challenge threads I've actually kind of been converted to squats, so that's probably third now. Direct leg work per se isn't especially interesting, but there's something to relish in the intensity and the challenge. It demands much of your psyche, and you can't squat heavy without being truly strong, big or not.Bench: 350

Every compound has its potential benefits as well as variations...it's a tough decision because they all play a role in building and strengthening the body/foundation...but with that said since it's under the favorite category, I'm gonna pick the cliche choice which is bench press.
I respond good to bench and also from a variation stand point I like to sometimes throw in incline barbell bench, or pair flat bench with incline DB bench at a slightly lower incline of 20° which targets them and builds them up nicely.
