    workout with alternate reps

    Hi what is your opinion on alternating reps of different sets (I mean interleaved with each other i.e.
    1x bench press
    1 minute rest
    1x curl
    1 minute rest
    1x deadlift
    1 min rest
    1x pull ups
    1 min rest... and son on
    instead of 5 sets of bench press, 5 sets of curl, 5x deadlift... and so on).
    Interleaving the sets makes me feel less bored and I have more strength but is it still effective?
    What do you think? Please pros and cons.
