    Bodybuilding Programs for Weight Loss - HELP

    Besides cutting and following a nutritional plan for weight loss. What are some training programs that has a weight loss strategy? Will hypertrophy programs be more suitable with higher rep counts, lower RM and shorter rest times will help?

    Use the same program that you would when not gaining weight if you can. So if your goal is hypertrophy, use a hypertrophy program
