i love being able to look back at this journal and see what i set as a goal and/or intention - and see how i am doing in that area.
last time, i said:
"gonna stop adding anything not zero or super low cal to coffee (prolly also less coffee too) and get more of my tiny amount of carbs from real food. gonna go this route for next 6 weeks and see how that works for scale weight and weird water stuff - retaining and then shedding it fast then retaining again."
i did change what i add to my coffee so that my morning energy fix isnt stunting my daily carb intake...and its been great. now i can have my coffee and drink it too - and i love being able to weight out my additional stuff - and see that its not sabotaging me.
docs changed some of my daily meds and that caused a bit of a weird stomach thing which wasnt really positive - but whatever - thinking by next week or so - it will even out and not be a factor.
CALORIC INTAKE – switched this a bit to: 1300cals (120p, 70c, 60f)

I remember you from the pickle juice thread so I just wanted to stop by and say that this is awesome progress.
I've been cutting for a couple of months and I know how frustrating it can be to see the weight barely change each week, but you're proof that sticking with it will make long term progress.

awe thanks! ya - my hubs is great - my clothes sizes have changed A LOT recently - so its been kinda striking lately - thanks for the at-a-boy
thanks - ya - the weight now moves so much slower - i have always thought that the last ~20 or if you only have 10-20 is SOOO much harder than when you need to drop 50+ - since you never get those big weeks that give you the courage to keep going....keep at it - months of cutting is getting into tough territory!
