Post How much muscle could I have put on till now?

    I am around 172lbs at 26% - 28% body fat right now. I am around 5' 7".
I have attached my current images.

I have been lifting on and off for around 4-5 years till now.

I haven't been tracking my food intake properly. sometimes I did and sometimes I didn't.

How much muscle could I have put on till now?
How much more I can go and put on?
Should I cut down fast and reach 12% before bulking up again or not?
Do I have to begin with beginner's strength routines if my lean muscle mass is too low?

    Please guide,

    Thanks.

The answer for both would be the same since you're essentially at square one.

Consistency in training and diet is what you need, not what ifs.

When "flexed" and "unflexed" pics literally just mean whether you suck in your tummy or not, you're prob overthinking things at this stage.
