Hey,
The gym has been closed due to COVID for 7 months now and opens back up tomorrow.
This is my physique after 7 months without the gym due to lockdown:

[I’ve put a space bar into the link, cause otherwise I can’t post pictures]
I weigh 200 lbs/6 ft, whereas 7 months ago, when the gyms still were open, I weighed 216 lbs. I lost 16 lbs during these 7 months because I naturally have a low appetite and didn’t see any reason to eat that much without the gym.
My Max strength levels 7 months ago, before the gyms closed were:
Deadlift - 396 lbs
Bench Press - 225 lbs
Squat - 300 lbs
My strength and muscle obviously dipped in these last 7 months, with the gym being closed.
Based on all this information, should I start cutting or bulking when the gym tomorrow finally opens back up after 7 months?
[Remember I have man boobs, lower back fat, hips fat and butt fatt, so I should obviously cut BUT I lost strength and muscle in these 7 months because the gyms were closed and I have to gain it back, so a bulk would be better right? I don’t know guys]
