I jelqued, stretched and did other dick excerises for 6 year now on and off. I am about 6" in length, but started off at about 4.75 inches in length when I was about 20. I used only my hands, not extenders or rings.

Here are the studies for penis extenders and rings tho. You can get .9 inches according to these studies, and the average penis length in these studies is shorter (4-5 inches) than average (5-6 inches), so if you get the same percentage increase, you can get it even more than .9 inches.
