Who has used HMB for at least 8 weeks consistently

It’s cheap nowadays wanted to try ruining it for a couple months.

Not asking if it works or not, wanting some genuine feedback on anyone who has tried the recommended 3 grams a day without skipping a beat for a total of 8 weeks or more and your results.

That’s a significant difference!

I’ve read good and bad about it and there’s as many positive studies as there are not positive.

I figure it’s cheap, at 3 grams a day I’ll pay under 20 dollars USD shipped to my home for almost 3 months worth of product.

I used it for 4 weeks and did notice a huge increase increase in appetite

I have used HMB in both free acid salt and calcium salts. Ranging from 4wks to upwards to almost 4m on HMB-FA.

Overall the same result came albeit it took some time. Lowered soreness but nothing earth shattering. Now I will say, the HMB-FA about a month in, when I took a few grams an hour or 2 prior to exercise it helped me push out some more reps. But that **** at the dose you need will tear up your stomach. It’s as though it needs to be injected.

what are the differences?

I just bought a jar with 240 caps which is about a ten weeks supply, cost 18 plus tax. It’s the one that says calcium b hydroxywhatever

Is one preferred over the other? Is it worth getting the other kind instead?
