If CONCACAF had any balls, El Tri would be banned from all CONCACAF competitions including World Cup qualifying until the next Nations League tournament, and going forward, any violation of either of those things would result in immediate forfeit of that game with no prior warnings. Either they should learn to join civilized society with the rest of the world instead of acting like human trash or the team should never win another international contest.

The puto chant is really nothing compared to knocking out an 18 year old kid throwing a full 20 oz drink at him. The chant is classless for sure, but it's just a chant, and if that was it, it wouldn't be a huge deal.
