I'm 20, 5'10 male and have 14 inch arms. Are they big?
I'm 170lbs probably 15% bodyfat, can see top 2 rows of abs. 23.5 inch thighs, 15.5 inch calves, 40 inch chest, 30.8 inch waist belly button, but small asf arms.
I train biceps 2 times a week currently used to do 3 before lockdown. I train very intensly in it. I do pull ups and rows to help it. Can do about 15kg additional weight on my pull ups for 4-5 reps full ROM.
For my triceps I literally do bench press at 85kg for 3 reps (best record when I was 200lbs roughly I had 3 rep 100KG bench press before lockdwon) twice a week, 1 dip a week, 1 overhead press a week, incline twice a week. That's all my triceps.
GO ON TELL ME HOW BIG MY SWAG ARMS ARE

Very similar stats to me. Same weight but I'm 5'9" and I have 14.25 inch arms but also I'm at about 20% with a 34 inch waist and I hate it lol. But I'm planning on bulking for a few extra months till I hopefully start pushing 15 inch arms. Then I'll cut till I can see my abs.
Take a look at my biceps and tell me if you think they're small.
I'd say no. Yours aren't small. They're decent to a bodybuilder and probably big to the average person as I've been told I got massive by a skinny guy (probably because I used to be his size).
I don't think I look anything special. And I think leaness definitely plays a big role on how big someone looks. If my bodyfat was 10% I'd probably look big to most people.

Ah well I am doing curls for my arms. I do drop sets as well.
I probably need to incorporate skull crushes and more tricep based exercises really.
When I benched 3 times a week it was too much on my joint so it's down to 2. I still do incline press, dips, and OH press so I don't think It's not because I'm benching enough. Probably a case of time really. I incorporate drop sets or anything challenging in an exercise to failure.

No, that's not small.
Def not, I'm 5'9 and I also got 14 inch biceps flexed. I'm 150lbs and about 9% body fat and I'm about 17 years old. I've gotten compliments on my arms before. It's not considered "super big" but no where near small. Your good dude )/

When you are out in public and women that you don't know come up to you and feel your arms, you've got big arms. It happens to me.
