I recently got blood tests that showed my liver and kidney function was abnormal for my age (17) and the results have already almost gone back to normal. However I have to get another blood test in 2 weeks and am not allowed to lift at all, but I can exercise. Just wondering how I can best maintain strength through this time.

IMO, two weeks isn't worth worrying about. Do what you can. If you can exercise then I assume you can... do pushups, pull ups, chins, etc. Do what you can then. Assuming it's your liver enzymes? Exercise can impact AST levels I believe, but don't quote me.
I have slightly elevated ALT enzyme levels that I'm following up on this next week. Good luck to you!Being anti-2nd Amendment is like saying "We have too many rights, please take some away!"

Yeah I didn’t think it would make much of a difference, I’ve been doing body weight stuff, swimming and a bunch of stretching / foam rolling to make my body run extra smoothly coming back.
I am just worried as I am planning on breaking a deadlift record in 4 months time and I want to be 110% for that. I’ll see how my blood tests go tomorrow as they were 99% ok two weeks ago for my age.
Then the plan is I have 3 weeks before I start my 16 week program to get everything jump started again and to focus on making my daily routine as strict as possible for the 16 weeks.
