As long as it has caffeine and arginine with some other popular ingredients it should do the trick. It's all in ur head. You don't need to rely on a preworkout to get ur workout done.

Right now I am using EVLUTION NUTRITION ENGN Shred Pre-Workout and it gives me energy and pump! Also no side effects so far around 10 days usage 1 scoop woth 400ml water 20 mins before workout!Originally Posted by jadenrhode
