    Am I skinny fat or just overweight (pics included)

    Hi I’ve been cutting weight and this is my first time actually sticking to a program have been doing it for a month or so and am eating at around 1,900 calories following fierce 5 been on point with dieting so far but I just wanna see if I’m literally wasting my time cutting if I’m skinny fat I’m currently:

    195lbs and 6’0

    I know I’m probably just overweight to be honest but I want to be sure as my arms are skinny and my legs are very to, don’t want to cut down to skin and bone but I will if it’s the right thing to do, any help will be awesome thanks guys
