Wealth mogging with a fine watch is akin to wealth mogging with a rare painting or sculpture imo. Plenty of people do it, and if it it makes them happy, so be it. It’s just not as interesting to me as a situation where a person actually likes what they own, through their own taste, experiences, and volition.

My daily watch is one that rarely gets any notice from people. It’s about as plain as they come if you ask most people, but its a watch that I like, and I’m happy with that.
