Looking slim with abs coming out. Maybe you shouldn't train every single day but give your body time to recover, and increase your calories/proteins intake to give it the necessary material to grow. Remember muscle is not build in the gym but after heavy training to adapt to the stress and if provided with the necessary building blocks to produce new muscle tissue and given enough time to recover.
Age is but a number ! a healthy diet and regular exercice can make you feel and look much younger than you really are !
