Hello, I deal with anxiety in general, but after training I notice that sometimes I can´t sleep all night, my system need around 8 hours to calm down the system. I just can train at the end of the day, so my sleep sometimes are compromised at that day, wich is not pleasent.
Do you have some tips to help? I know may be aerobic exercices would be better for me, but I don´t wan´t to give up of doing bodybuilding. Althoug I have this side effect in general it help my nervous system, so that I give up medication for depression.
