Even the best legal, over the counter fat loss supplement will do very little for you.
There's a very good chance there's many more areas you should be putting your focus into. Like proper weight training, nutrition, recovery, sleep, consistency, getting enough water - just some of the basics.
Those finer details like supplements for fat loss won't matter until you've got everything else dialed in and are already pretty lean.
Want proof supplements labeled as fat loss supplements aren't going to provide any significant results?
Look at how many out of shape people there are that workout and eat (but do both of them poorly), take lots of supplements, and still look terrible.WBFF Pro Muscle Model | Questions? Send me a private message.

a consistent caloric deficit that allows you to drop .5% bodyweight per week if you're lean up to 1.5%/week if you're chunky without losing too much strength in the gym (strength loss should be minimal but will always happen because as you lean down, theres less stability, fatter people have insane stability that is often confused with pure strength)

Most weight loss supplements are little more than stimulants designed to increase CNS (central nervous system) activity and help suppress appetite. They will do little in the way of actually burning calories/fat, as the metabolic bump is marginal. Eating fewer calories than you expend is the only correct answer.

72.5kg?
But is that mostly muscle? Or what?
A slightly muscular dude can weigh 72.5kg and not be "fat" at all.
Have you seen some soccer players? They weigh 80+kg, but they're by no means "fat".
It also depends on your height as well.
Losing around 10/15kg will get your weight down below around 60kg, which some may consider to be fiarly "light".Battlefield 8 fan

HMB, for protecting your muscle just in case you mess up some other way. I eat the tip of a tea spoon of it 3-4x per day. Cheap insurance.
It is not a substitute for getting the right macros but is just insurance in case you miss some here and there or go hungry too long one day.Last edited by Darkius; 06-18-2021 at 05:11 PM.
