CRNA. No secret. Wipe butts as an RN for a couple years then go back to school for 3 more years after that. School is not easy. Get to do scary **** with needles all the time. Not easy but it's pretty good.

Very good as sales. Went from selling 100k per year in 2015 to 10 million+ per year currently.
Find out what you're good at and focus on it. For me, communication, persuasiveness, and getting people to like me was always easy. Plus I'm good looking and my client base is school districts that comprise 95% women making financial decisions.
