Starting 5/26/21 I'm having a can of smoked oysters, a can of sardines in oil, and 2 30mg zinc glycinate tablets every day for a snack.
My test exercise is Arnold Presses. They have plateaued lately. 17 reps with 35 pound dumb bells is about my max before failure or poor form.

Sounds like a snack that'll potentially put you in fake natty status lol, curious to hear how the Arnold presses advance and if all else fails with the plateau then those are some damn good food choices none the less.
I like toasting two pieces of bread, put the sardines in olive on it (to have it absorb a lot of the olive oil), put some tabasco sauce on it and optionally: diced onions (another hormone precursor), some spinach leaves and/or some sliced up cheese of choice.

5-30-21. 19 reps Arnold Press with 35 pound dumb bells. 1 RIR. Still have some mild problems on the toilet from the oysters, but not like when I was eating 24 a day.
Now I realize why my Arnold Press and OHP has stalled for the last 4 weeks. Before each lifting session I write down the list of exercises, weight, reps, sets based upon the previous session. I had inadvertantly bumped up the weight of my OHP and AP by 15% 4 weeks ago and was trying to do 1 more rep.Furnished rental houses in Coffeyville Kansas. 30 days in. One can of smoked oysters a day for 30 days, in addition to 30 mg zinc glycinate and 350 mg of bulbine.
Did 21 reps of Arnold presses with 35 lb dumb bells the last 2 workouts. That's an increase of 3 reps when going to failure over the course of 30 days.
Been lifting for 34 months. Based up my rate of progression in the first 33 months, it's my subjective opinion that my rate of gains increased by about 20% or less in the last 30 days when compared to the previous months.

I was inspired to try something like this too, but my grocery store was out of stock on the oysters so I'll have to looks elsewhere.
If I could add 20% to my lifts by eating canned seafood every day I'd be more than happy...Bench: 325
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505
