    Took a long break from preworkouts because I would always end up abusing them. Triple scooping months on end.

    I used to do that too,
    Until I figured out that a brief walk with a solid playlist helped plenty enough w/ C4 Ultimate (my current pre). It's a heavy-stim product, so I never had the need to even do a heaping scoop.

    as far as pre workout stacks nowadays, the trend is heavy stims from one or more sources and citrulline. there are other popular ingredients but these two show up in all of them.

    i haven't been doing powders because i love the convenience of rtd type drinks (c4 energy in purple frost if i had to pick a favorite).

    my favorite powder is no longer made, it was the original superpump 250 by gaspari that's been gone for ten years. i'm guessing the original only had about a hundred mg of caffeine per serving.

    OP, what are you looking to gain out of it. Clearly you feel the need for far too many stimulants but what else?
