    Steak/burger as large part of diet

    Can you realistically cut doing IF with the major meal of the day being steak or burgers multiple times per week? Is that amount of red meat going to cause problems down the line?

    It would be better than IF on hot curry only, that’s the least butt friendly diet I can think of

    Steak is much nutrient dense than chicken (good amount of fats, as well as micronutrients like iron and zinc), and if you could pick one meat to have in your "major meal" pick steak. With regards to the health concerns of red meat they tend to be overblown, and I would be much more concerned with the adverse effects of vegetable oils and seed oils.

    If it hurts when you walk after the meal there was enough chili in it!

    I always wonder if I just eat it every day if my digestive system would adapt.

    That might be a bit hyperbolic - it doesn't "hurt" per say after I eat it, but I do feel a glow in my belly for the next few hours. It's kind of a regional food item I think, but you could probably order it easily anywhere in the States:

    If your doing a keto diet no buns/carbs it could be ok.
    Im sure someone has done IF with a keto diet but i don't have experience myself.

    I once had a particularly spicy Vindaloo dish at an Indian food place, the hottest I have ever eaten. I've tried a "Phall" before, but this was much hotter than that. For further reference, I also used to add some Carolina reaper chili to my tacos for extra taste so I am not a stranger to spicy food. When I walked back to my hotel, I had to stop for regular breaks as I could feel the spices in my belly while walking. I would have puked otherwise.

    It's a red meat lovers diet.

    You eat your fill of red meat and adjust the amount of rice up or down to determine if you will gain or lose.

    It looks complicated at first, but it's not.
