    DIET/WORKOUT HELP!!! Less than a month until wedding

    I am 23 days until my wedding and I am wanting to know what else I can do to get as much muscle definition as I can these last few weeks.

    I have lost 30 pounds since January and have plateaued this last month at 185. I have eaten around 2,000 calories and above 200 grams of protein for the most part. I have been working out 5-6 times a week with no cardio. I also just started taking creatine at 20 grams a day, and will go to 5 grams a day in 5 days.

    I know there are some obvious things I messed up on, but would love some help moving forward.

    My best guess would be to cut 100 calories/day down to 1900 by removing 25g of carbs, and add in a couple 300-calorie cardio sessions per week. With only 23 days to go you probably won't lose much more, maybe up to 5 lbs (of fat) at best. Good luck!
