Looking for advice. I’ve been working out for years. 42 years old. I’m about 175 and 11-12% body fat. I usually bulk up in winter and try to cut in summer. So I started cutting early may. Im 5’11 and so I figured up my BMR to be around 2500-2700. I started a slight calorie deficit and some cardio and in 9 days I went from 179.2 13.9 %BF to 178.5 12.5% BF. In one more week I went to 175.9 11.5% BF. All this on the INBODY scale. Well then the next week I went and was 174.3 11.9% and had lost a lb of muscle. So I bumped up calories and protein just a little and decreased my cardio. The next week I was 175 12% BF. So I was doing great the first couple of weeks and then it stalled. I’m trying to hold on to as much muscle as possible. I know I’ll have to lose some. My goal is 10% BF. Any advice on what I could change?

Yes. Stop using the BIA device for anything except your weight. They are very inaccurate toys. See https://weightology.net/the-pitfalls...impedance-bia/
