I think that my body is now immature due a bad past health education... or more properly no education.
in childhood I had suffered together other illnesses the wellness ones: mainly obesity and rheumatism both serious.
Did I do gym at school lessons? no, I didn't go to school at all.
did I have a physician? nope.
what is doing a teen bodybuilder?
what is his style? home gym vs commercial gym? free weights only?
I would like an experience exchange with you teens, both training and nutrition/health topics;
