Hey all,
I'm trying to find a way round two issues I have with my right leg...The first is crepitus in my knee so I've had to pretty much walk away from heavy barbell squats- leg curls don't seem to be an issue though so I've basically been using them and bodyweight static holds, wall sits with a weight, that kind of jazz but that's about all I can think of.
I could do with a variant that's not going to totally screw my knee up! I do strap it which does help but if anyone has any ideas so I can still build my legs but with minimal impact on my knee that'd be great! ( I appreciate its a tall order ha ha)
The second is I have piriformis syndrome ( My sciatic nerve is getting trapped in my piriformis muscle- so its literally a pain in the butt!!!!) also in my right leg and RDLs are getting impossible to do and some days I cant even work my hamstrings at all because of the pain....I have a foam roller and use this a lot to try and release the nerve, but I was wondering if anyone else has this and if so have you found a way to train round it?
Thanks in advance
