Was about to put 10k in after the Musk dip. Problem is it keeps dipping. I can't see any of these coins going back up anytime soon. It took 3 years to breakeven if you bought BTC at the end of 2017.

There are no guarantees how long this bull market will last. Anyone who is giving you guarantees is a reckless fool.
Also, some people do not have a high tolerance for volatility, it may seem stupid to you but some people legit can't turn off their mind unless they buy a relatively meaningless amount.
I know one dude who I've chatted to on Twitter pulled out all his money due to his moon bags coming through. He said that despite him believing in the bull market, he has a life changing amount for him and his family, and he has sleepless nights wondering how long the bull market would last. You might think he's 'stupid' but I understand his conservative approach.
It may mean nothing to you perhaps, maybe you have a job that gives you financial security, but some people make life changing money and every time it dips 100s of thousands it phucks with their head.If You Don't Like To Talk About Your Feelings, This Might Help...

I hope today shows you that it's not.
There are some people who bought a few days ago that are sitting on heavy losses. Some people can't mentally handle that, and will panic sell.
Also, the future is uncertain, so they could be sitting on a heavy loss for a long time. If they DCA'd they wouldn't be.If You Don't Like To Talk About Your Feelings, This Might Help...
