Nah brah it’s easy to stay shredded and muscular.
The hardest thing is your joints breaking down.

It’s going to be more difficult for virtually anybody at age 35 than 25.
Doesn’t mean you can’t do it. Lift 3 days a week and get the right amount of calories and you’ll be fine

Of course.
When I was 20 I ate like a pig and didn’t lift properly or regularly, still had 6-pack abs and some muscle.
Good luck with that in your 40s.
