I don't think you need for your hair. I use the Cien line from Lidl shampoo or a 2n1 which has some conditioner.

Don't use fabric conditioner at all for washing your clothes because it coats them in silicones and slows down drying and can ruin moisture-wicking abilities.

That is why towels must only be washed with detergent. Otherwise, you are going to create a protective layer that reduced absorbency.

For washing your clothes to prolong their life, these are the top tips:

a) Wash them at 15-20C cold wash always.

b) Air dry, don't tumble dry.

c) Use liquid detergent.

d) Reduce spinning speed (most likely not much difference from this one).

I use some basic bitch conditioner and only shampoo/conditioner 2-3x a week or my hair gets stringy. Think you can get away washing hair (with shampoo/conditioner) 2x a week if your hair doesnt get oily like mine

Im pretty sure shampoo dries out your hair and conditioner rehydrates it lol , get some volumizing conditioner

I'll pretend I didn't understand the "no homo" because as far as I know hair is hair regardless of the gender of the owner of the head lol.
In answer to your question, I don't use conditioner in the shower, but I do use leave-in (L'Oreal Paris Extraordinary Oil-In-Cream). I wash my hair twice a week with regular shampoo, towel it dry and apply the leave-in.
