Unless you are twink rock climber or specifically train for the events probably not. Most guys who work out for size are too big and too scared to do real grip training to be a serious competitor. Finish the course in a reasonable amount of time? Probably, after training for it for at least a month or two.

I'm too tall. Ninja warrior is like Crossfit where most of the obstacles are designed to give manlets an advantage. The warped wall is the only ninja warrior obstacle where it's better to be tall

I’ve messed around at a ninja gym and let me tell you...that’s the hardest chit I’ve ever done. Got up the warped wall though. No chance I’d win. I’d be lucky if I finished the first course
