Pulling movements hurt for my right arm. I’m doing 70lbs in the dual pulley row with a triangle bar. And doing reverse bar curls with a 50lb bar.
After noticing how painful these pulling movements were, I stretched out a bit using 3lb dumbbells and using them to do reverse curls and this helped a bit but still hurts.
Should I take a few days off and take some Aleve? Or should I just do baby weights until I recover? Left arm is fine it’s just the right one.

What I would do is lay off the movements that hurt it until the pain is gone. Once the pain is gone, I'd figure out my entry point* and go from there, in terms of increasing stress and performing joint specific rehab work.
*The entry point is the effort you can expose your joint to without aggravating symptoms for the next 48 hours. Start with lower weights and keep an eye on your symptoms.

ice it and take time off srs
I get the same issue from all my years of baseball. Youll need to take time off and rest it or else itll just linger and linger. Week minimum, I personally need to do atleast two weeks of no pushing or pulling. Recommend stretching forearms before your workout to help prevent it in the future.
You can still do legs thoughAlways Pick 6 Crew
