Deadlifting 400-500 is pretty standard after 4 years of solid lifting for the average male. 600 after 7 years with sumo is pretty doable.
Of course, that would require you actually train for strength. Half of misc is of the opinion you should only do pump workouts and if you touch a weight over 300 lbs your knee will disintegrate.
As for his photos, part of his appeal I guess is to be a twink, so he intentionally takes bad pictures like the one you posted. His legs are still in a very solid place, and he could probably bulk up to 180 and instantly look like he lifted due to the extra volume from the fat.

Yeah his legs look good there srs. There was a video where he was posing next to christian guzman a few years ago and he didn't look THAT bad tbh, guzman still dwarfed him but hes not in that bad of shape

It's perfectly reasonable to accumulate strength (albeit with diminishing returns) for years until you start aging at 35-40. Natural limit applies more for physique.
6 months: 225
1 year: 315
2 years: 405
4 years: 500
7 years: 600
