hi Guys,
I am having an issue choosing which protein to go ahead with. I feel i have bloating as my face is fully puffy face so i stopped the carbs powder. Looks like that is the culprit.
Now what i am having issues with is that if i take protein blend whey protein my muscles look fuller better and when i take ISO i feel its just normal.
Which one is better for gains?
