    protein blend or isolate

    hi Guys,

    I am having an issue choosing which protein to go ahead with. I feel i have bloating as my face is fully puffy face so i stopped the carbs powder. Looks like that is the culprit.
    Now what i am having issues with is that if i take protein blend whey protein my muscles look fuller better and when i take ISO i feel its just normal.
    Which one is better for gains?

    They are just protein..
    Protein blend would be cost-effective whilst ISO would be great for those that are lactose intolerant (or specific about their calorie intake).

    Does this mean the fullness is from raw oats i am adding? it goes away in one day

    Well blend would contain more fats, carbs and cholesterol than isolate, which may explain why you feel fuller.
