I haven't been gymming as much since January because of Corona but I'm 5'10" and barely 160.

Lifting seriously for about 3 years, intermittent fasting since I finished high school.

I've definitely been eating more sweets over the past year as I was quitting smoking but still.

Pretty sure you don’t have to be overweight to be type 2 diabetic. Never been overweight(or even close to it) yet about 10 years ago my doctor told me I was prediabetic based on my test results. He said as long as I maintained a gold weight I probably wouldn’t have to worry about it, and actually I don’t think I’ve had test results as high as that initial one since. There are lots of things you can do to help, especially when you’re young. It could be late onset type 1, but it’s also quite possible that you’ve just been eating a lot of garbage lately.

dont know much about it other than its usually fat ppl with high junk food intake that have it.

I think even orange juice etc should be avoided and pure sugar.

I def have been eating more garbage tbh, just not enough to gain a lot of weight.
