Start with a good 7% IPA.
Cioppino for the main course.
If you like seafood and haven't tried Cioppino I highly recommend it.
On the other hand if I'm at a chick's restaurant because I can't get reservations at Dorsia I'd go for the grilled free range rabbit with herb french fries.
Or maybe the squid ravioli in a lemongrass broth, or the swordfish meatloaf with onion marmalade.I have sampled every language and French is my favorite to curse in.

Korean fried chicken wings. They deep fry it at a lower temp, take it out and let cool down and then deep fry it again at a higher temp. Comes out extremely crispy and not like what you get from KFC/Popeyes, Winghouse or BWW. If you never tried it, check it out.
