    Thumbs down Just feel weak and tired after working out. What’s the point?

    For a few days after workout I feel sore, weak, and tired. What is the point to working out if this is the case? BRB feeling weak and tired and hurt and sore all the time because I worked out. Gay af no thanks

    no reason to have joint pain at 40 unless your have poor genetics or you are using improper form while lifting.

    Lifting weights/strength training has been proven to strengthen joints/cartilage actually.
