Where did "Black culture" come from? We popped the lid off of slavery - a system that treated people like disposable objects and was beyond cruel - gave them nothing in return for their labor and proceeded to keep them as second class citizens contained to their own ghettos that we often wouldn't even bother to police. Until not that long ago it was perfectly acceptable to say like "let the blacks kill each other, maybe they will solve the black problem themselves." Then you have sentencing that treated blacks far worse - or crack laws (holy cht).

Dave, I’m claiming that sometime after slavey and before crack laws in certain (many) black communities (ghettos via forced segregation) the government lost the monopoly on the legitimate use of force. This was often just out of a lack of will to police black areas with white cops (and of course there could t be black cops) - so they went to hell.

And no it’s not from one book, I’m just not writing you a thesis here.
