Haven't checked in a while. Are there any new otc products that actually help T levels go up? My recovery time is really long.

Recovery is probably more about conditioning and managing workload, life stress, sleeping, eating enough essential fats etc. This will tend to give you the best nominal test levels that you are capable of producing naturally.
But it may not actually be test that influences your results as much as you think... remember that women can handle hard training too and they don't have very much testosterone. They also grow just as much muscle (in proportion to their initial size). If that is confusing, you're not the only one scratching their heads - it's just not clear that test is the be-all and end-all for muscle building. At least not small variations within normal ranges (see discussion in video below).

Donโt excessively drink/smoke pot
Eat enough essential fats
Avoid being under weight/avoid long term extremely low calorie diets
Sleep enough
Donโt be anemic
Donโt get aids or cancer
No fap (not serious)
Otc products are a waste of money, like go buy human breast milk or deer antler spray that will build you lots of muscles.... no just noSuperHercules crew
